PROJECT OVERVIEW

The facility boasts advanced audiovisual technology across its various spaces, including 11 cabins and nine meeting rooms, equipped with Poly X50 VC Systems, Lightware Taurus UCX Switching Solution, Sony Professional displays, and Genelec’s Active Reference Monitors. The Multipurpose Lounge and Recording Studio features Sony projectors, Lightware Extenders, Q-Sys audio processing, and Genelec’s IP Ceiling speakers, making it ideal for meetings, presentations, and performances.

The Board Room is equipped with dual Sony displays, a Poly G7500 4K VC system, and Genelec’s IP Ceiling Speakers, perfect for high-level meetings and video conferencing. The Town Hall features Sony projectors, Lightware Extenders, a DAS Audio Compact Line Array Audio System, and Q-Sys Core Audio Processing, suitable for large gatherings and events.

Additionally, the facility features a BGM using Q-sys’s IP Speakers, room scheduling panels, and wayfinding interface, ensuring a seamless user experience. Overall, the facility features a comprehensive networked audio solution utilizing both Dante and Q-Sys protocols, which enables seamless integration and effortless use, providing an ideal space for meetings, presentations, performances, and events.

The client had a clear vision of each room’s functionality, prioritizing acoustic privacy in meeting rooms to ensure confidentiality. The meeting rooms were designed to serve as both collaborative spaces and private music listening areas, with tailored performances to enhance the music experience. The company’s purpose is to facilitate engaging meetings for music artists, and every space was designed with this goal in mind. The rooms’ acoustic design and technology integration aimed to create an immersive experience, making each space perfect for its intended use. The rooms’ performance was optimised for sensitive meetings or music listening to meet the client’s needs. The result is a unique and functional space that supports the company’s mission of fostering collaboration and creativity among music artists.

This included detailed cable connectivity planning, offline programming, and configuration file setup, enabling us to rapidly integrate and connect the new components as soon as they arrived on site, ensuring a seamless and efficient installation process.
