The Campus has six academic buildings with major areas identified for AV solution deployment: Classrooms, Auditorium, Conference Room, labs & meeting rooms. SCOPE OF WORK YOUR COMPANY WAS INVOLVED IN

Smart Classroom: 46-seater:
AV Equipment: The room be equipped with audiovisual technology suitable for presentations or lecturer. This includes a high-definition projector and projection screen, speakers, and appropriate connectivity (Wall plate Transmitter on the Podium or wooden lectern) for laptops and other devices.

Auditorium:
Capacity: The Auditorium is 500 seater.
AV Equipment: The spaces should be equipped with audiovisual technology suitable for presentations. This includes a high-definition projector or large display screen, speakers, PTZ Cameras and appropriate connectivity for laptops and other devices.

Meeting Room Requirements: 19 Seater
AV Equipment: The room should be equipped with audiovisual technology suitable for presentations. This includes a high-definition projector or large display screen, speakers, and appropriate connectivity (Flush Mount Cable Cubby on the Table) for laptops and other devices.
Video Conferencing System

Board Room Requirements: 15 Seater
AV Equipment: The room should be equipped with audio-visual technology suitable for presentations. This includes a high-definition projector with a motorized projection screen, Displays, speakers, and appropriate connectivity (Flush Mount Cable Cubby on the Table) for laptops and other devices.


WHAT KEY CHALLENGES WERE FACED?

System Complexity:
Modern AV systems can be incredibly complex, often involving a blend of hardware, software, and network components. This complexity can lead to difficulties in installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Integration with Legacy Systems:
One of the primary challenges in AV integration is ensuring that all components are compatible with each other and the legacy systems.

Coordination:
Due to the multiple integration services involved, coordinating was a key challenge from a project execution standpoint. Lack of coordination can drastically affect the timelines and general execution.

User Experience and Training:
Even the most advanced AV systems can fail if end-users find them difficult to operate. User experience is crucial, especially in environments where non-technical users will frequently interact with the system.

We simplified wherever possible. We opted for integrated solutions that bundle multiple functionalities into a single system. Comprehensive training for the installation team and end-users can also help manage system complexity.

Conducted a thorough site survey and audited existing systems before starting the integration. Plan for potential compatibility issues and have contingency plans in place.

After months of meticulous planning, installation, and testing, the day finally arrived for the system to go live. As the team gathered in the newly transformed auditorium, there was a sense of anticipation. The screens flickered to life, displaying crisp, vibrant images and was inaugurated by the Governor of West Bengal.
This achievement was not just about the technology; it was a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.
