DLF, Mall of India, a high-street mall based in Noida, is one of the largest and most popular in the Delhi NCR region. It has 330 brands, 80 kiosks, 5 shopping zones, and 75 eateries, including a PVR Cinema with 7 screens. The mall has different shopping levels for international and Indian entertainment and fashion brands.
Incorporating video walls into the retail environment can significantly enhance customer engagement and drive sales, making it a valuable investment for retailers looking to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market. These displays aim to fill the mall with powerful and engrossing visual experiences.
We have established a lasting partnership with DLF, becoming one of the preferred vendors for their video wall installs. We’re proud to be their go-to team for LED video wall solution design & installation. Our role involved keeping DLF updated with the latest display and retail advertising technologies. By combining our advanced integration technology & installation skills, we’ve created a powerful and dynamic 14 LED video wall (indoor & outdoor )advertising platform for the mall. These displays aim to fill the mall with powerful and engrossing visual experiences.
WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT TO ACHIEVE?
DLF intended to install a video wall solution at their High Street Mall based in Noida. The vision behind this installation is to elevate the retail space to achieve the following:

Existing Structure: The team encountered difficulties integrating new installations into the existing structure. Aligning the new components with the old infrastructure posed challenges in terms of compatibility and adjustments.
Working in a Limited Time Frame (11 pm to 6 am): Operating within a constrained time frame, specifically from 11 pm to 6 am, presented challenges in achieving project milestones efficiently. It demanded precise planning and execution to ensure tasks were completed within this limited window.
Efficient Manpower Planning: The team required extra manpower to adhere to the project deadline. This need for more resources was crucial to expediting tasks and ensuring timely project completion.
Managing logistics for Specialized Boom Lifts and Cranes for Outdoor Video Wall at Height: The installation of the outdoor video wall, particularly at a height, required specialized equipment such as boom lifts and cranes. Coordinating and operating this machinery posed logistical challenges, demanding expertise and careful planning for safe and efficient installation.

Equipment Delivery: Coordinated with suppliers to schedule timely delivery of videowall and related equipment.Installation Schedule: Planned the installation during off-peak hours, especially at night, to cause minimal disruption to mall operations.
