PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project spans 3 phases on 83 hectares, where 1st phase has AV worth more than 200 Crs. The project comprises state-of-the-art & many “First time in India” applications. The project has almost everything under AV, such as the meeting room, board room, conference room, and auditorium installation, which spans 30-seat- to 6000-seater space. The project also includes 20×3 LCD video walls, 10Mtr x 6.25M P4 LED video walls & other multiple smaller sizes of LED video walls, P10 & P6 outdoor LED video walls, Outdoor Media facade LED video wall approx 600 Mtrs x 7 meters. Room schedulers, Digital Signage, OB Van connectivity. Augmented Reality (AR) wall. Room combine, and AUDITORIUM COMBINE with ADJUSTABLE STAGE AREA applications. Indoor-outdoor audio, Audio voice lift, Sound reinforcement, Audio conferencing & video conferencing systems are in all rooms.
WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT TO ACHIEVE?
To build a state-of-the-art convention centre, facilitate international convention meetings, and develop it as an entertainment facility for all. The convenience of family shopping malls, commercial towers, office space, and boarding and lodging hospitality facilities.
SCOPE OF WORK YOUR COMPANY WAS INVOLVED IN
ICT comprises Data, IP voice, Wi-Fi, Data centre networks, IP talk-back systems, Network security, passive and Active components, AV solutions, Physical security solutions such as CCTV surveillance, Access control systems, Intrusion prevention power fencing, people security such as x-ray scanning, hand-held metal detectors, door frame metal detectors, people counting systems, ticketing systems and vehicle security such as boom barriers, bollards, car parking management system for approx 17000 vehicles etc.
WHAT KEY CHALLENGES WERE FACED?
Installing the first of its kind and the first time in India, an Outdoor Media facade that had to be installed at a height of 35 meters. Ensuring all the rooms achieved the required SPL. Need to achieve a line of sight in the 6000-seater auditorium with about 11 projectors and 30 98-inch 4 K display panels.
HOW WERE THOSE CHALLENGES RESOLVED?
Thanks to the teamwork of the AV installer and Veneklasen, the proof consultant for EPC contractor L&T, all these would have been difficult to achieve without the technical support of OEMs.
