Project Overview

The newly developed training facility is a forward-thinking approach to education infrastructure, combining comprehensive design with advanced technology to support both in-person and hybrid learning environments. At its core is a centrally located auditorium equipped with an active LED video wall, Line Array audio systems, and inclusive assistive listening technology, providing a seamless experience for seminars and large gatherings. Surrounding this space are versatile smart classrooms and training labs, featuring high-brightness laser projection, digital annotation displays, network-based zoom cameras, and interactive control systems—all tailored to flexible group sizes. The facility also includes dedicated conference rooms fitted with Microsoft Teams Room setups and plug-and-play huddle spaces to accommodate executive and informal collaboration. Operational technology is thoughtfully embedded throughout, with digital signage and room scheduling systems streamlining communication and space management. Completing the experience are 132 hotel-style guest rooms, transforming the venue into a full-service destination for extended learning programs.


What did the client want to achieve?

The client set out to create a hybrid-capable training facility designed to meet modern collaboration demands while remaining adaptable to future educational advancements. Central to their vision was the seamless integration of Microsoft Teams Rooms across multiple spaces, supported by robust backend systems featuring synchronised control, high-performance video conferencing, advanced Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), and intuitive touch panels. These elements allowed instructors and administrators to manage AV functions with ease, including camera operations, content routing, and sound control. To ensure outstanding visual performance, the facility supports uniform content distribution through high-lumen laser projectors and enhanced display surfaces, aided by low-latency Lightware Taurus and HDBaseT-based signal management. Prioritising inclusivity, assistive listening systems were embedded throughout learning areas alongside high-fidelity audio reinforcement using ceiling and pendant speakers, line arrays, and professional amplifiers. We were the AV integrator for BITS–Pilani, Mumbai Campus, delivering end-to-end audio-visual solutions. We collaborated with architects and interior consultants to analyse requirements, design, and engineer customised AV systems for classrooms, lecture theatres, and seminar halls. We supplied advanced AV hardware—interactive displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, speakers, microphones, amplifiers, and control equipment—from leading manufacturers.

On-site, we managed complete installation and configuration, ensuring optimal system layout and seamless integration for unified operation. Our team developed automation and programmed central control interfaces for effortless user operation. Rigorous testing, commissioning, and user acceptance trials guaranteed reliable performance and high quality.

We conducted thorough user training and provided documentation to empower faculty and staff in system use and troubleshooting. Our support extended post-installation with maintenance services to ensure continued reliability. We were entrusted with the comprehensive AV integration for this project. The scope encompassed end-to-end delivery, starting from cabling and infrastructure setup to final equipment installation, configuration, commissioning, and user training.
