Project Overview

All Wave AV crafted a cohesive collaboration ecosystem that not only introduced cutting-edge technology but also tailored itself to meet the specific spatial, acoustic, and user requirements of BCG’s five-floor office in Mumbai.

What did the client want to achieve?

Enable seamless, high-quality collaboration across global teams, with a future-ready AV and unified communication ecosystem to support hybrid work.

Scope of work your company was involved in

The scope of work encompassed the end-to-end design, integration, deployment, programming and support of a high-performance audiovisual and unified collaboration ecosystem across five floors of BCG’s Mumbai office at Maker Maxity. The objective was to enable a consistent, scalable, and intuitive AV experience aligned with global BCG standards, supporting hybrid work, executive collaboration, and real-time global communication.

What Key Challenges were faced?

Challenge 1: Diverse Room Types & Use-Cases
Challenge 2: Technology Standardisation Across Floors
Challenge 3: Employee Adoption of New Systems

How were those challenges resolved?

Solution 1: We took a modular and scalable design approach. For example, leadership cabins needed discreet, high-quality setups, while boardrooms required fully interactive conferencing tools. Each space was carefully mapped to a specific AV profile to ensure everything worked well and met performance expectations.

Solution 2: All Wave AV selected a standardised set of collaboration tools that could be uniformly deployed yet adapted to context. This ensured uniformity in UX (user experience) and minimal disruption to global workflows.

Solution 3: Hands-on onboarding sessions and real-time support mechanisms were deployed. Staff feedback was continuously integrated to fine-tune configurations and eliminate bottlenecks.

How has your work helped the client

Despite the premium scope of the AV upgrade, the project was successfully completed within the approved budgetary envelope. Strategic vendor partnerships and modular hardware choices enabled cost efficiencies without compromising quality. Standardised vendor selection (e.g., Poly, Shure, Samsung) helped reduce procurement complexity and maintenance costs. Long-term support contracts provided post-installation savings and minimised tech-related disruptions.

What are you most proud of about the project?

What we’re most proud of in this project is the successful implementation of a fully unified, enterprise-grade AV ecosystem that’s engineered for long-term scalability and seamless user experience. Leveraging the Crestron NVX AV-over-IP platform, we enabled high-resolution video distribution with ultra-low latency across diverse room types, from executive boardrooms to multi-functional spaces.
