WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT TO ACHIEVE?
Crestron to Logitech Migration Globally. NetApp India is a company that provides software, systems, and services to help customers manage and store incoming (online) data. In 2018, NetApp opened the doors of its new headquarters, also called the NetApp Campus, in Bangalore, India. This facility houses over 4000 employees and supports about 30 sales offices in different countries.
SCOPE OF WORK YOUR COMPANY WAS INVOLVED IN
AVILS’ scope encompassed the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the audiovisual systems.
WHAT KEY CHALLENGES WERE FACED?
Netapp is a steel building with complexity for any installation work, with multiple dependencies and approvals.
HOW WERE THOSE CHALLENGES RESOLVED?
The AV installation process is particularly prone to errors, So we developed an installation checklist to contribute to our project’s success.
HOW HAS YOUR WORK HELPED THE CLIENT?
Conferencing is central to the client’s operations, facilitating close collaboration between Netapp’s India and other offices globally with about 30 offices. Effective AV systems are crucial for this coordination. Through meticulous planning and deploying experienced professionals on-site, we have delivered a seamless experience for Netapp and its employees.
We continue to support and manage the operations to ensure minimal downtime and comprehensive support for every event.
The design goal was to remove the distance between geographies and make it feel like everyone worked in one office!
WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF ABOUT THE PROJECT?
Since the pandemic, the AV industry has gained a significant role in office design. This project has demonstrated how AV systems are integral to supporting customers’ daily operations and highlighted the crucial impact of our support on their workflow.
