Project Overview

SS&C Technologies partnered with AllWave AV Systems to enhance its Mumbai facility with cutting-edge audiovisual systems that align with global collaboration standards. The project aimed to deliver consistent AV experiences across multiple meeting spaces, from huddle rooms and executive cabins to large boardrooms, focusing on seamless Microsoft Teams integration and centralised control.

The scope involved end-to-end project execution, which involved procurement, installation, and commissioning of AV solutions that ensured uniformity, scalability, and intuitive usability. From displays and audio processing to control systems and structured cabling, each component was tailored to SS&C’s enterprise requirements and IT policies.

The outcome is a fully integrated, future-ready AV ecosystem that supports hybrid collaboration, executive communication, and smooth IT management, all within a standardised and easy-to-support framework.


What did the client want to achieve?

SS&C Technologies wanted to create a consistent, reliable, and easy-to-operate AV infrastructure across its Mumbai office. Their key goals included:

– Native Microsoft Teams Room integration with minimal user intervention.
– Uniform AV design across all rooms to simplify usage and support.
– Professional-grade audio and video quality for internal and external meetings.
– Centralised control with secure connectivity for IT administration.
– Future scalability with minimal rewiring or reconfiguration.


Scope of work your company was involved in

AllWave AV Systems was responsible for comprehensive AV system integration across multiple room types. The deliverables included:

– Procurement and installation of Microsoft Teams Room-certified VC systems.
– Structured cabling and connectivity backbone using Kramer.
– High-definition displays and large-format commercial-grade panels.
– Audio processing and amplification with DSPs and mixer amplifiers.
– Microphone systems, including ceiling and gooseneck mics.
– Centralised control panels for intuitive one-touch operation.- Rack fabrication, labelling, and power distribution for an organised backend.

Rooms covered included conference rooms, meeting rooms, executive spaces, and multipurpose collaboration areas. Every element, from UI design to power backup, was customised to SS&C’s corporate standards.
