BUDGET: Between 1 crore INR and 4.99 crore INR (More than USD135,000 but less than USD540,000)
Project Overview
The Lennox India Technology Centre Pvt. Ltd., Chennai project, valued at ₹2.01 Cr, exemplifies innovation in audio conferencing through the intelligent implementation of Voice Lift technology. Designed for large-format, divisible training spaces, the system delivers room-wide audio clarity—allowing participants to communicate naturally without handheld microphones.
The project solved a critical challenge: maintaining consistent audibility in a reconfigurable environment where conventional audio systems often underperform. With Voice Lift, sound is evenly captured and redistributed, ensuring intelligibility whether the room is used as a single space or split into two independent sections.
The setup features a microphone and speaker layout engineered to emulate face-to-face conversation, reducing listening fatigue and enhancing engagement. Automated controls, wireless presentation, and hybrid conferencing capabilities (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) further elevate the experience.
What sets this project apart is its ability to create an immersive, intuitive audio environment that feels effortless for users. It redefines expectations for audio conferencing in corporate training environments—setting a new benchmark for enterprise AV design in India.
What did the client want to achieve?
The client was expanding their office and sought to implement cutting-edge technology to create a workspace that supports seamless communication and efficient collaboration for their teams.
Scope of work your company was involved in
We had worked with Lennox for their earlier office expansions, and we were aware of their global standards, hence we were involved in the design phase and also implemented the entire project.
What Key Challenges were faced?
The implementation of voice lift technology in this project posed programming challenges because the space was divisible and had complex acoustic conditions.
How were those challenges resolved?
We started with workshops to inform the customer about the acoustic issues in the room. The customer was very supportive and worked collaboratively to resolve these problems. Subsequently, our expert programmers optimised the system to the customer’s satisfaction, and the training room is now operating smoothly without any issues.
How has your work helped the client
Our work helped the client by implementing the latest technology, which enables ease of operations.
What are you most proud of about the project?
We are most proud of delivering a complex Voice Lift-enabled audio conferencing solution in a divisible training room, an environment that challenges even the most advanced AV systems. By addressing acoustic complexities and flexible layouts, we enabled a seamless, mic-free communication experience that feels natural and intuitive.
What makes this project special is the close collaboration with Lennox. Being involved from the design stage allowed us to align with global standards and conduct proactive workshops to identify and resolve potential acoustic issues early on.
The result is a benchmark installation in India’s enterprise AV space. Users can now speak and be heard clearly across a large, reconfigurable room—without handheld mics or dropouts.
Technologies like Nureva’s Voice Lift, Extron automation, and BYOD-friendly tools were integrated into a unified, easy-to-use system.
This project reflects our ability to deliver future-ready, user-centric audio conferencing that enhances collaboration and comfort—redefining expectations in large-format training environments.
