The Goa Legislative Secretariat needed an essential upgrade to its existing conferencing system. The goal was to improve the sound quality and make sure everything worked smoothly during assembly sessions. Our company was tasked with upgrading the Audio Conference System by replacing faulty parts.
The project required careful planning and fast execution because the Assembly could not stop working for long. We started by checking all the problems in the current system, identified the parts that needed replacement, and sourced the best compatible equipment.
We completed the work in just 45 days, without any delay. The final system works perfectly and has made communication in the Assembly much better. The client gave us the highest ratings for our quality, technical skills, and professionalism.

– Upgraded the Audio Conference System at the Goa Legislative Secretariat, replacing outdated equipment without changing the original setup.

– Supplied and installed Bosch Chairman and Delegate Microphones for improved speech clarity.
– Integrated Central Control Units (CCU) with Audio Expanders for better system performance and connectivity.
– Provided Digital Audio Interfaces to enable seamless connection with other AV equipment.
– Used original-spec Power Supply Units and cabling for system consistency and safety.
– Installed Bosch Intellimix Automatic Mixers for automatic microphone signal management.
– Added Audio Splitters and Signal Distribution Units for uniform sound coverage across the hall.
– Performed system programming and thorough testing to ensure smooth integration with existing components.
– Completed full commissioning of the upgraded system and trained the client’s technical team for daily operations.
– Integrated IP-based digital multimedia and AV over IP technologies for future-ready communication.
What Key Challenges were faced?
We faced a few critical challenges during this project:
1. Outdated System: The system was installed a long time ago, and many parts were outdated or no longer available.
2. Strict Security: Since the project was in a government building, we had to get special approvals and follow security rules.
3. Limited Time: We had to finish the work in less than two months.
4. No Room for Mistakes: The Assembly needed everything to work perfectly. Even a small mistake could have caused significant problems.

How were those challenges resolved?
To manage the old system, we found new parts that could work well with the existing setup. We double-checked everything with the manufacturer to ensure full compatibility.
To handle the strict security, we planned everything — all our team members had the required passes and followed the rules. We worked in shifts to make the best use of the time given to us.
