The hospital required active LED walls for information sharing in the hospital lobby. Besides that, the hospital needed AV systems and streaming capabilities for the Operating Theatre for training and consultation. We delivered on time and within budget, and received Strong positive feedback from the client.
What did the client want to achieve?
Active LED panels to be tiled without gaps, unlike traditional screens, allowing flexible sizes and shapes for large-scale installations.
AV and streaming for real-time imaging, procedure documentation, or collaborative surgery (e.g., telepresence surgery) in an operating theatre.

What Key Challenges were faced?
Mounting large LED walls in areas with limited wall support, ceiling clearance, or unusual room shapes.
How were those challenges resolved?
Conducted structural analysis and load assessments during the design phase.
Used lightweight, modular LED panels and custom mounting brackets.
Installed recessed wall structures or freestanding frames where wall anchoring wasn’t feasible.

To ensure the project met the client’s technical requirements, brand standards, and deadlines — all while managing risk and budget. We led cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and logistics to deliver an Active LED solution that not only looked stunning but also performed reliably.
What are you most proud of about the project?
We are most proud of how the team contributed to the successful deployment of the Active LED display system, especially given the technical and logistical challenges. Our biggest achievement was ensuring high visual performance while minimising downtime during installation — seeing the final product live and fully functional was extremely rewarding.
