Who is eligible for project submission?
Any AVSI company with a registered office in India can participate in the Programme.
Consultants, Distributors, and/or Manufacturers who work with SIs can participate only through their SIs. It is the SIs’ responsibility to clearly state the critical roles dominant players play.

How old or recent should the project be to be eligible for submission?
Only those fully commissioned projects between April 2025 and March 2026 qualify for submission.
How many projects can a company submit?
A company can submit up to 3 projects across all categories and budget levels.
However, each project can be submitted only once within any category and budget.
What information/document(s) are required to complete the submission?

Will there be any Entry Fee for submission?
No. There is no entry fee for these awards.
Can we submit projects without revealing the Client’s identity?
Worldwide, where AV Awards are held, all clients are revealed, adding authenticity to the Awards. This is despite NDAs. We will only accept submissions that include the Client’s details. It is important to note that only short-listed projects will mention the client’s name. The single line highlighting the client’s details fades away when the focus goes to the winning team. The physical Award and Certificate do not include the clients’ names. If you require a letter of undertaking from Spinworkz to address your clients’ concerns, please write to us.

Who are the Judges?
We have carefully selected our judges, who have years of experience in the AV industry and have had zero dealings with India, to ensure fair judging.
To ensure unbiased judging and prevent any unexpected influence, the judges will not be identified until the Awards Night. Similarly, the judges judge without knowing the SI or Consultant involved and judge purely on the merits of the project.

Recognition! A trophy for you to display on your office premises proudly.
Systems Integration Asia, Spinworkz’s flagship publication, will generate media buzz through its columns about the winning projects. Of course, this will be done while keeping the client’s confidentiality in mind, if any.
