Adrian G.S. Goh, Group Managing Director and Artistic / Technical Director of Hexogon Group of Companies

Adrian Goh founded Mozz Creation in 1997, which was rebranded in 2008 as Hexogon Solution Pte Ltd. The company grew from a small Singaporean production house with five employees to a major audio-visual, lighting, and show integration provider with over 250 staff across multiple Asian countries. Hexogon is known for its extensive in-house equipment inventory, including one of the world’s largest fleets of cutting-edge projection technology. The company has been involved in prestigious events like the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix, Singapore National Day Parades, and various large-scale multimedia shows.

In 2015, Hexogon set a Guinness World Record for its projection work at the 28th Southeast Asia Games. Hexogon Taiwan, a subsidiary, received accolades in 2018 and 2019 for being a top 10 Outstanding Enterprise. Adrian, who takes a hands-on approach in the company, also founded HEXO360 Pte Ltd in 2016 to focus on IP shows, immersive experiences, AR technology, and green initiatives. Notably, HEXO360 developed the “PopAR” mobile app, enhancing projection mapping shows with augmented reality.


Alexis Figueiras, VP, APAC Multimedia Deployment, Operations and Events, JPMorgan Chase & Co – Hong Kong

Alexis is a seasoned audiovisual professional with 20 years of experience in crafting multimedia solutions and services. His expertise spans across project management, design and engineering, operations, and event production. Specialising in workplace technology, Alexis excels in creating everything from cutting-edge meeting rooms to custom event spaces and production studios.

Known for his energy, collaborative spirit, and strong client focus, Alexis brings exceptional analytical, organisational, and creative skills to every project. In his current role, he has successfully managed multi-million USD APAC Managed Services contracts, overseeing a team of 50 technicians and operators, 5 Service Managers, and maintaining approximately 5,000 systems across 20 cities. His proficiency in cost management, data analytics, supplier management, and team mentoring has been key to his success.

He is adept at architecting and designing AV solutions, influencing space planning, and driving implementation to deliver optimal audiovisual experiences.


Antoinette Kelly (Retired)

Having worked in the Higher Education Sector for almost 30 years, Toni first started to work in the Estates Office of the University of Birmingham as a “Space Co-ordinator”, focusing on Space Use and Functional suitability surveys. This work led to looking closely at how lecture theatres and seminar rooms, etc, were managed, equipped and supported. This, in turn, led to working closely with the University’s Television and Film Unit, where a passion for creating and developing innovative and technology-rich learning spaces that support and inspire both students and staff began. As Head of Learning Space Development, Toni went on to manage and deliver a wide range of exciting spaces to support the University’s mission.

In 2013, Toni joined the University of Hong Kong as Associate Director of Learning Environments, managing the newly completed Learning Commons on the Centennial Campus and overseeing the development of new learning environments. Toni returned to the UK in 2019 and, although now retired, Toni still has a keen interest in the development of learning spaces and technologies.


Jason Rouzaire, CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, Business Director, Asia-Pacific, Sound Control Technologies

Jason is a highly skilled audio-visual professional with extensive experience in AV engineering and project delivery. Over the last 30 years, Jason has amassed an impressive portfolio of successfully delivered AV projects across a broad range of applications, which has seen him apply his expertise in 16 countries around the world.

Jason has been instrumental in developing industry standards, examination material and training for both AVIXA & CEDIA industry bodies over the last decade. He holds every AVIXA (CTS, CTS-D & CTS-I) and CEDIA (CIT, IST, ESC, ESC-D, ESC-T & ESC-N) AV industry certification.

Jason is one of the leading experts in the audio-visual industry in Asia and is currently engaged by Sound Control Technologies as their APAC Business Director.


Joseph (Joe) Bocchiaro III, PhD, CStd, CTS-D, CTS-I, ISF-C (Retired)

Dr. Bocchiaro was the Principal Consultant at NV5 Engineering & Technology, a global technology consulting firm, before retiring recently. He brings a wealth of Audiovisual/IT/Security thought leadership, consulting, and integrator experience in higher education, corporate, financial, judicial, publishing, training, transportation, and conference centres from 39 years in the built environment. He came to NV5 from InfoComm International (now AVIXA), the leading audiovisual trade association, where he was the Vice President of Standards and Industry Innovations. He also developed and taught AV / IT integration, design, and installation certification courses. With degrees in Educational Technology, Media Studies, Electro-Optical Engineering, and Film Studies, Joe is dedicated to the improvement of audiovisual industry professionalism and its increasingly vital role in the Architectural, Engineering and Consulting (AEC) industry.


Lex Strauss, APAC Workplace Technology Consultant, Office Solutions, ESPM Enterprise Technology

Ernst & Young Global (EY) is a multinational professional services partnership. EY is one of the largest professional services networks globally. Along with Deloitte, KPMG and PwC, it is considered one of the Big Four accounting firms. It primarily provides assurance, tax, information technology services (including managed services in areas like Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Transformation and AI), consulting, and advisory services to its clients.

Lex Strauss is a global Workplace Technology Consultant, an Audio Visual professional having over thirty years of experience in corporate & enterprise solutions and live production environments. He is also the Chair for the Australian arm of the AV User Group.


Peter Milne, Projection Designer and Director

The Electric Canvas is an Australian company recognised internationally as a leader in architectural and large-scale projection, transforming places and spaces with images and light for almost thirty years.

The company is a complete solution provider, bringing together a unique combination of creative and technical disciplines to produce transformative site-specific experiences, offering clients creative concept development, technical design, content production, equipment provision and on-site delivery.

Peter founded The Electric Canvas in 1997. With a career in entertainment and events spanning nearly five decades, he has considerable experience in lighting design, sound engineering, staging, audio visual, broadcast and, of course, projection. Peter plays a hands-on role in all of the company’s projects. He is responsible for the overall projection design, the technical overlay that governs the creative possibilities, the application of appropriate technology and provides ongoing guidance for creative and content development.


Rishi Mistry, Principal Consultant and President, Elevate Technology Consulting LTD. – A Luxury Hospitality ELV Design and Operational Consulting Firm

Rishi Mistry, Principal Consultant of Elevate Technology Consulting LTD., based in Toronto, Canada, draws on over twenty years of luxury hospitality experience, combining advanced technical knowledge with deep operational insight to address specific functions and requirements of hotels and mixed-use property developments. Leveraging more than a decade of experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Rishi applies this expertise to deliver comprehensive consulting services across the globe, collaborating closely with clients to develop ELV solutions that align operational needs with guest experience goals. Since its inception, Elevate Technology Consulting has provided end-to-end ELV design and consulting services for prominent hospitality projects in Hawaii, St. Lucia, South Carolina, Idaho, Texas, Toronto, and London, UK.


Scott Doyle, CTS, Audio Visual Manager, Swinburne University of Technology & President, AETM

For the past 8 years, Scott has been the AV Manager at Swinburne University of Technology with responsibility for the AV infrastructure, learning & meeting spaces, technical support, and event teams. Previously, Scott worked at Monash University for over 25 years in the Television, Audiovisual and IT divisions.

As an experienced AV Manager with a demonstrated history of working in higher education, Scott’s focus is on enabling his AV Department by standardising the learning and meeting space solutions, installation processes, and delivery, as well as process compliance.

This experience in the higher education sector led him to join the AETM (Association of Audiovisual & Educational Technology Management), where he has served as an Executive Officer of the association for the past 12 years, currently holding the position of President.

Scott strongly supports the Australian AV Industry through his initiatives with the AETM Community, which spans both his roles at Swinburne and AETM, focusing on AV workforce development. Scott is also a judge for the AVIA (Australian Audiovisual Industry Awards), and he supports both Integrate and AVIXA in their annual initiatives.


Stuart Mitchell (Retired)

Stuart most recently worked for the Intergovernmental Weather and Climate Research Organisation, ECMWF, from 1992 to 2022 in their IT department, where his roles included responsibility for all enterprise AV installations between 2000 and 2022. This involved designing, commissioning, running and supporting a variety of installations ranging from simple huddle spaces to meeting rooms, lecture theatres, operation control centres, classrooms and videowalls.

He has been a member of the London AV User Group since 2009 and served as a non-executive director and steering committee lead between 2018 and 2021. He has also been a member of AVIXA since 2010 and presented at the AVIXA End User Conference in 2018 at ISE.

Before 1992, he was a software developer at Cray Research, a supercomputer manufacturer, after graduating from Kingston University with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.

Since 2022, he has been a member of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists in the City of London, one of the 113 historic livery companies which support philanthropic activities and charities in the City of London and beyond.


Terry Friesenborg (Retired)

Terry Friesenborg spent over twenty-five years involved in various aspects of the AV communications industry, including video production, live events and system design and integration. Throughout his career, Mr. Friesenborg volunteered with AVIXA, authoring and presenting various training courses, and was honoured with the Fred Dixon Award for his service to the association’s education program in 2007. He continued his service to the association as a member of the Board of Directors and served as President of the Association.

In addition to his work with AVIXA, Terry has presented a graduate workshop on Multimedia Development for Wright State University and was Adjunct Professor of Electronic Media at the University of Cincinnati’s Raymond Walters College (RWC). He also served on RWC’s curriculum development advisory council, which developed the first accredited Electronic Media Associate Degree program in Ohio, USA.

Upon joining AVIXA’s staff in 2000, Terry was initially responsible for all education and certification activities worldwide. He was subsequently promoted to the position of Chief Global Officer, where he oversaw all AVIXA programs outside of the US, including membership, education and trade shows. He retired from AVIXA at the end of 2019.
