We are proud to have designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned the complete L-Acoustics professional sound reinforcement system for the New Life Assembly of God (NLAG) Church,one of the largest worship centres in the region, with seating for over 25,000 people.The client required a world-class audio solution delivering clear, powerful, and evenly distributed sound with exceptional speech intelligibility and musical performance.The auditorium’s semi-circular, pillar-free design presented significant acoustic and engineering challenges, requiring consistent coverage for every seat.Using detailed acoustic modelling, advanced system design, and precision installation, Hi-Tech achieved uniform sound coverage throughout the venue. The L-Acoustics L2 line array system, supported by strategically positioned delay arrays and subwoofers, was suspended approximately 60 feet above the congregation, preserving the venue’s aesthetics while delivering outstanding performance. We also integrated a grandMA3 lighting control system and MADRIX LUNA 8 network interface for synchronized lighting operations. Today,NLAG Church installation stands as one of the world’s largest L-Acoustics L2 deployments.
What did the client want to achieve?
The New Life Assembly of God (NLAG) Church sought to create a world-class worship experience by installing a professional audio system capable of delivering exceptional sound quality throughout its 25,000+ seat auditorium. The primary objective was to ensure that every member of the congregation could hear the pastor’s message and musical performances with absolute clarity, consistency, and balanced sound levels, regardless of seating location. Given the auditorium’s vast size and semi-circular seating layout, the client required a solution that provided uniform coverage, excellent speech intelligibility, and immersive audio without compromising the venue’s aesthetics. The system also needed to integrate seamlessly with the architecture, remaining largely invisible while supporting large-scale worship services and live music. Above all, the client wanted a reliable, future-ready sound reinforcement system that matched the scale and prestige of one of the country’s largest worship centres, delivering an engaging and impactful experience for every gathering.
Scope of work your company was involved in
The scope of work included the supply and installation of L-Acoustics loudspeakers, subwoofers, amplified controllers, audio processing equipment, mixing consoles, networking components, cabling, rigging hardware, control interfaces, and all associated accessories required for a fully integrated system. Only genuine L-Acoustics products were used to ensure optimum compatibility, reliability, and performance. We installed, configured, aligned, and acoustically optimized the system to achieve the specified sound pressure levels, coverage, speech intelligibility, and overall audio performance. All work was executed in accordance with professional AV industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable safety regulations, while coordinating closely with the client to meet project schedules. Following installation, comprehensive testing, commissioning, and performance verification were carried out to ensure every component met the approved design specifications before final handover, delivering a reliable, high-performance audio solution for one of India’s largest worship venues.
What key challenges were faced?
The NLAG Church project presented significant technical and engineering challenges due to the venue’s scale, architecture, and seating capacity of over 25,000 people. The primary challenge was achieving consistent sound pressure levels and excellent speech intelligibility throughout the auditorium, ensuring every member of the congregation enjoyed the same listening experience regardless of seating position.The semi-circular seating layout required careful acoustic design to deliver uniform horizontal coverage while minimizing overlap between loudspeaker arrays, preventing phase interference and uneven sound distribution. The long throw distances further demanded a system capable of maintaining clarity and tonal consistency across the entire venue.Another key challenge was suspending the main line arrays, delay systems, and subwoofers approximately 60 feet above the congregation. This required meticulous rigging, precise alignment, and detailed system optimization to achieve the required coverage while meeting stringent safety standards.The client also required the sound system to remain visually unobtrusive, preserving the architectural aesthetics of the worship space.
How were those challenges resolved?
We overcame these challenges through detailed acoustic planning, advanced system design, and precise execution. Comprehensive acoustic modelling and system simulations were conducted to determine the optimum loudspeaker configuration, coverage angles, and placement, ensuring uniform sound distribution and exceptional speech intelligibility throughout the 25,000+ seat auditorium.The L-Acoustics L2 line array system was selected for its wide horizontal coverage and long-throw performance, providing consistent audio while minimizing overlap and phase interference. Strategically positioned delay systems ensured synchronized sound and tonal consistency across the entire venue.The main line arrays, delay systems, and subwoofers were installed approximately 60 feet above the congregation using engineered rigging solutions and precision alignment techniques. Comprehensive system tuning and optimization ensured balanced sound pressure levels, seamless system integration, and outstanding vocal clarity.
To preserve the architectural aesthetics of the worship space, all major audio components were discreetly integrated into the venue, remaining largely invisible while maintaining optimum acoustic performance.

We are most proud of successfully delivering one of the largest and most technologically advanced worship AV installations in Southeast Asia. The project features one of the biggest L-Acoustics L2 sound reinforcement systems in the region, designed to provide exceptional speech intelligibility, powerful musical performance, and uniform audio coverage for more than 25,000 worshippers.A significant achievement was the complete integration of the audio system over a networked infrastructure, enabling seamless signal distribution, centralized control, system monitoring, and future scalability. We also carried out an intensive one-week Integrated Testing and Commissioning (ITC) process to fine-tune and validate the performance of every component, ensuring flawless operation before handover. Integrated grandMA3 lighting control and MADRIX LUNA 8 networking for advanced show programming and reliable synchronized lighting. This project demonstrates our team’s engineering expertise, meticulous planning, and commitment to delivering world-class integrated AV solutions that combine outstanding performance, reliability, and long-term value for the client.
