What key challenges were faced?

Lighting and sound are crucial elements of any successful permanent installation. However, setting up and managing these aspects can also pose some common challenges that require careful planning and troubleshooting. One of the first task is to ensure uninterrupted electrical supply, the safety of the equipment in outdoor conditions another common challenge for such event is the acoustics, speech intelligibility at the venue, mapping on uneven surface, equipment safety, wiring on a heritage site and Govt permissions for installations.

How were those challenges resolved?

Our team ensured that we have enough power outlets to run all your devices without overloading the circuits or creating fire hazards, we had developed porta cabins for appropriate operating temperatures and safety of the equipment’s, audio plans were made and designed as per the venue, equalization of audio system, and positioning of your speakers and microphones with the help of ease mapping to avoid feedback and using lager light measurements for projector installations. Last but not least Taking approvals on the lighting levels, transitions, and effects with our technical experts & consultant of the show.

How has your work helped the client?
