This council hall is used by BBMP councillors and BBMP directors, the requirement from customer is to have a effective, secured and user friendly audio video system with a live recording and streaming, so we have used 3nos chairman mic’s and 187 delegate units from Auditel brand pa systems from Biamp, control systems from Crestron, camera tracking and streaming from lumines, video display from LG.

What key challenges were faced?
Integrating all the four services like audio, video, cameras & controls.
How were those challenges resolved?
Main challenge was interacting 190 conference mics without feedback into PA systems and next challenge was mapping cameras to track each delegate/ chairman while in use and next challenge was interacting all these three systems into control system and controlling all of them togethe.
How has your work helped the client?
Client is using the system seamlessly for all their conference meetings that facilitates all the confidential proceedings along with proper recording and streaming.
What are you most proud of about the project?
We are proud to be part of BBMP’s pride project for their head office conference hall. This place has now come to be known as one of the key landmarks in Bengaluru.
