Project Overview
Jyoti Bishnu Prekshagriha (Auditorium) is the largest state of art cultural and convention auditorium venue in Northeast India, located in Guwahati, Assam. Spread across nearly 15 acres, the venue features a 5,000-seat auditorium and a fully AV-enabled 160-seat multipurpose divisible hall designed to host cultural performances, government functions, conferences, exhibitions, live productions, and public events. The auditorium was inaugurated in August 2025 by Hon’ble Home Minister of India Amit Shah in the presence of Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Vallect was appointed as the turnkey technology system integrator, responsible for designing and implementing the complete AV ecosystem along with ELV systems, IT infrastructure, broadcast solutions, and stage lighting. The project involved deploying professional audio systems, LED video walls, broadcast infrastructure, centralized AV-over-IP control, intelligent lighting, and integrated networking solutions to create a future-ready venue capable of supporting diverse event formats while delivering exceptional audience experiences.

What key challenges were faced?
The project involved designing and integrating a technology ecosystem for a 5,000-seat multi-purpose auditorium while meeting stringent performance, operational, and future scalability requirements. Key challenges included:
