Project Overview
The Jaquar Brand Experience Studio at Manesar is a 16,000 sq. ft. immersive brand destination designed to communicate Jaquar’s philosophy of “The Art of Sculpting Water.” Inspired by the Indian concept of Rasas, the experience takes visitors through a multi-sensory journey where architecture, storytelling and technology come together to express the brand’s identity rather than simply showcase products.
We were appointed as the Technology Integration Partner for the project and was responsible for the installation, programming, system integration and commissioning of the complete multimedia ecosystem. The experience combines 360-degree dome projection, interactive floor projection mapping, curved screen projection, virtual imaging on transparent glass, 3D holographic displays, interactive touch technology, fog screens, fibre optic rain effects, and DMX-controlled architectural lighting, all synchronised into a seamless visitor journey.
The experience showcases the journey of Jaquar thus far and the products through immersive digital storytelling. Every technology element was programmed to function as part of the narrative, creating a memorable and emotionally engaging brand experience.
What did the client want to achieve?
Jaquar wanted to create a world-class brand experience centre that would communicate the company’s philosophy, legacy and innovation through immersive storytelling. The objective was to inspire architects, designers, channel partners, customers and international visitors, allowing them to experience the brand, not just its products.
To showcase this, the client required a highly reliable multimedia infrastructure capable of synchronising projections, lighting, water effects, interactive systems and show control into a seamless experience.
Scope of work your company was involved in
We were appointed as the Technology and System Integration Partner and was responsible for the complete execution of the multimedia technologies.
Our scope included:
• Technology engineering and system integration.
• Installation and commissioning of projection systems.
• Projection mapping across floors, 360-degree Projection on the dome and Curved Screen.
• Virtual image creation on Glass Screen.
• Installation of 3D holographic display systems.
• Creating Rain Effect with Fibre Optic Cable
• DMX-operated Architectural and Ornamental Illumination with RGBW LED Light Fixtures
• Programming and synchronisation of multimedia content.
• Integration of Multi-Touch / Interactive Table.
• Installation of Fountains and water curtain
• 3D fog screens
• Testing, calibration, optimisation and final commissioning.
• Operator training and deployment.
What key challenges were faced?
The biggest challenge was integrating multiple technologies into one seamless experience while the site was still under construction. Civil works, interiors and technology installation had to progress together, requiring constant coordination between multiple agencies.
The project demanded exceptional precision. Projection mapping across the floor, dome and curved surfaces required précised alignment, where even the slightest shift could impact image accuracy. At the same time, projectors, media servers, lighting, audio, holography, water effects and interactive systems had to function as one synchronized ecosystem across multiple experience zones. Maintaining the clean, minimalist design while concealing hundreds of metres of power, signal and fibre-optic cabling without compromising future maintenance was equally challenging.
Balancing architectural lighting with projection brightness, eliminating glare from reflective finishes, and maintaining ideal operating conditions for sensitive AV equipment required extensive planning. Interactive systems also demanded repeated calibration to ensure a smooth visitor experience. Every technical intervention had to enhance the experience without disturbing the design language or delaying the project timeline.
How were those challenges resolved?
Our team worked closely with the architects, designers and execution partners from day one. Every projection system underwent multiple rounds of alignment and calibration to achieve seamless mapping. Lighting, media servers, audio, holography, interactive systems and water effects were programmed and synchronized through a unified show-control platform, ensuring every experience unfolded exactly as designed.
Custom solutions were engineered for suspended installations, while concealed cable routing preserved the clean architectural aesthetic. Lighting levels were fine-tuned to maximise projection quality and eliminate unwanted reflections.
The entire installation went through repeated testing, commissioning and performance optimisation to achieve colour consistency, content synchronisation and long-term reliability, resulting in a highly successful installation.
How has your work helped the client?
Our technology integration turned into a fully immersive storytelling environment where every technology element supports Jaquar’s brand philosophy.
The synchronized multimedia systems enable visitors to experience the company’s legacy, innovation and product ecosystem through engaging digital narratives. This creates a stronger emotional connection with architects, designers, dealers, customers and international delegations.
The multimedia infrastructure also provides flexibility for future content updates without requiring major changes to the physical environment. This allows Jaquar to continuously refresh the experience as new products, campaigns and brand stories evolve.
The result is a future-ready experiential facility that reinforces Jaquar’s leadership in premium bathware and lighting while offering a distinctive visitor experience.
What are you most proud of about the project?
We are proud of delivering the complete technology integration behind one of India’s most advanced brand experience centres. Rather than deploying individual AV systems, we engineered a synchronized multimedia ecosystem where projections, holography, lighting, water effects, interactive technologies and show control work together as a single immersive experience.
With Jaguar, where the story was the emotion, technology became the proof. Delivering this level of precision, reliability and immersion is what makes this project one of our proudest achievements.
