• Covered the Auditorium, Museum, Multipurpose Hall, Projection Mapping systems, 5D Theatre, Statue Façade Lighting, Indira Kant Bhavan, Veer Vithal Mandir, and Outer Corridor.
• Included professional sound reinforcement, architectural acoustics, projection and display technology, an immersive 5D theatre, façade lighting for the statue and surrounding structures, and centralised AV and lighting control infrastructure.
• Equipped the Auditorium and Multipurpose Hall with high-performance AV systems for presentations, cultural events, and live performances.
• Deployed advanced visual storytelling technology in the Museum and Projection Mapping areas for engaging visitor experiences.
• Combined synchronised audio, visual, and environmental-effects systems (seat motion, wind, rain, lightning, smoke, and bubbles) in the 5D Theatre.

• Delivered design, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and training for complete Audio-Visual, acoustic, lighting, and immersive technology systems.
• Covered the Auditorium, Museum, Multipurpose Hall, Projection Mapping systems, 5D Theater, Statue Façade Lighting, IndiraKantBhavan, Veer Vithal Mandir, and Outer Corridor areas.
• Implemented professional sound reinforcement and architectural acoustic treatment.
• Deployed high-brightness projection and 4K signal distribution.
• Built a Green Hippo media-server-driven projection mapping system for the façade and statue.
• Created a fully synchronised 5D theatre with 3D projection, 7.1 surround audio, and motion/environmental effects.
• Installed a Bose ControlSpace-based centralised audio control system.

What key challenges were faced?
• Managed the sheer diversity of systems required to come together on one live, active religious campus — professional audio, architectural acoustics, high-brightness outdoor projection mapping, a fully custom 5D theatre, motorised rigging, and DMX lighting.
• Sourced equipment across more than a dozen brands, including Bose, Electro-Voice, Yamaha, Sennheiser, Leksa Lighting, and specialist 5D theatre equipment.
• Required careful planning to unify all systems on one coherent control and network backbone rather than as isolated installations.
• Faced added difficulty with the façade and statue projection mapping: four 37,000-lumen projectors had to throw across long outdoor distances and warp cleanly onto a curved, irregular statue surface while competing with ambient daylight.
• Needed the Auditorium’s acoustic treatment (slotted wood panels, fabric-stretch systems, woodwool boards) built out and finished around the electronics, so the room and sound system could be engineered together.
• Coordinated around several Multipurpose Hall finishing packages that were still being finalised with the architect as installation progressed.
• Delivered the entire project around the temple’s regular activities and footfall, with minimal disruption to worship and daily operations.
How were those challenges resolved?
• Standardised the audio and control layer early, building the design around Bose’s ControlSpace DSP and AmpLink ecosystem so the many loudspeaker and amplifier types across zones could be managed from a single, centralised system rather than as separate installations.
• Relied on the Green Hippo Hippotizer media server’s warping and blending tools, combined with on-site calibration, to align the four projectors precisely onto the statue’s curved surfaces and compensate for outdoor throw and ambient light.
• Sequenced acoustic works in the Auditorium closely with the AV and electrical teams so wall panelling, ceiling treatment, and cabling containment were completed in step with equipment installation, avoiding rework.
• Kept finishing specifications that were still being finalised flexible, phasing their execution separately from the core AV, lighting, and control commissioning so the rest of the project could stay on schedule.
• Planned work on the live campus around the Math’s daily schedule and events calendar, scheduling noisy or disruptive activities such as rigging and cabling during lower-footfall hours.
• Maintained close coordination with the client’s site team throughout.

• Brought together an unusual breadth of disciplines on a single campus under one integration umbrella — professional live sound, architectural acoustics, high-brightness outdoor projection mapping, an immersive 5D theatre, façade and landscape lighting, and motorised stage systems.
• Achieved a scope of integration that is unusual for a single project in the Indian AV integration landscape.
• Delivered façade projection mapping using four 37,000-lumen laser projectors to overcome ambient light and long throw distances — among the highest-brightness installed projection systems in the region.
• Paired beam-steering loudspeaker arrays in the Auditorium with purpose-designed architectural acoustic treatment, engineering the room itself to support the sound system rather than installing the system into an existing space.
