BUDGET: Between 5 crore INR and 9.99 crore INR (More than USD672,000 but less than USD1.35 million)

Project Overview
Delivered a comprehensive AV integration project across the Chequered Flag area, conference space, and cafeteria, creating modern, technology-enabled environments that enhance collaboration, communication, and employee engagement. The solution featured high-resolution LED displays, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) for seamless hybrid meetings, wireless presentation capabilities, and enterprise-grade AV technologies designed to deliver an intuitive and consistent user experience.
The deployment also included a QSC audio platform integrated with an Extron AV-over-IP solution, enabling seamless bi-directional audio, video, and content sharing between the cafeteria and multipurpose spaces located in separate blocks. This scalable architecture supports real-time AV distribution for live events, presentations, digital signage, and entertainment, ensuring high-quality, low-latency performance across the organization’s IP network while providing the flexibility to adapt to evolving collaboration and communication needs.
What did the client want to achieve?
The client sought to create a connected, technology-enabled workplace that supports seamless collaboration, hybrid meetings, presentations, employee engagement, and corporate events. The objective was to transform the Chequered Flag area, Conference Space, and Cafeteria into modern, multipurpose environments with intuitive AV solutions that deliver a consistent user experience.
The client also required seamless content sharing across spaces located in different blocks, enabling live events, town halls, digital signage, presentations, and entertainment without operational complexity. The solution needed to be scalable, easy to manage, and capable of supporting both day-to-day collaboration and large-format events while maintaining high-quality audio, video, and network performance.
Scope of work your company was involved in
Our scope included the design, supply, installation, integration, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a complete enterprise AV solution across the Chequered Flag Room, Conference Space, and Cafeteria.
The deployment included Active LED displays, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), wireless presentation systems, PTZ cameras, professional audio systems, digital signage, room scheduling, AV-over-IP infrastructure, and centralized control systems. We integrated QSC audio processing with Extron AV-over-IP technology to enable seamless bi-directional audio, video, and content sharing between the cafeteria and multipurpose spaces in different blocks.
The project also involved rack integration, system programming, network configuration, user interface customization, testing, user validation, and end-user training. All systems were optimized to deliver reliable hybrid collaboration, simplified room operation, and scalable AV performance while ensuring interoperability across technologies from multiple OEMs.
What key challenges were faced?
The project was executed within an active workplace, requiring careful coordination with multiple stakeholders, civil contractors, MEP teams, OEMs, and client representatives. Site readiness varied across locations, while installation activities had to be aligned with ongoing construction and interior works.
Coordinating equipment deliveries, installation schedules, and interdependent activities across multiple spaces required continuous monitoring. Integrating enterprise-grade AV systems from multiple manufacturers into a unified platform also demanded detailed planning, configuration, and testing to ensure seamless interoperability.
Additionally, maintaining the project timeline while ensuring high installation quality, minimal disruption to client operations, and successful testing across interconnected spaces presented significant execution challenges.
How were those challenges resolved?
The project team adopted a structured execution strategy with regular site inspections, detailed planning, and close coordination with the client, PMC, OEMs, and other contractors. Installation activities were sequenced according to site readiness, while equipment deliveries were tracked proactively to minimize delays.
Frequent progress reviews, detailed site reports, and collaborative issue resolution enabled dependencies to be identified and addressed quickly. Equipment was staged in advance wherever possible to streamline installation activities.
To maintain project continuity despite delivery constraints, temporary equipment from internal inventory was deployed in selected spaces, allowing the client to validate room functionality while awaiting permanent equipment. Comprehensive system testing, programming, and user acceptance ensured the final solution met all functional, operational, and performance requirements.
How has your work helped the client?
The delivered solution provides the client with an integrated AV ecosystem that enhances collaboration, communication, and employee engagement across multiple spaces. Employees can conduct hybrid meetings, wireless presentations, corporate events, training sessions, and live broadcasts through a unified, easy-to-use platform.
The AV-over-IP architecture enables real-time audio, video, and content sharing between spaces located in different blocks, significantly improving operational flexibility. Centralized control simplifies system management while reducing user complexity.
The scalable design supports future expansion without major infrastructure changes and delivers reliable, high-quality performance for both everyday collaboration and large-scale events. The project has provided the client with a future-ready workplace that improves meeting efficiency, enhances user experience, and maximizes technology investment.
What are you most proud of about the project?
We are most proud of successfully delivering a seamless enterprise AV solution that integrates technologies from multiple OEMs into a single, intuitive platform. Despite coordination challenges and equipment delivery constraints, the project was completed with no significant deviation from the approved design while meeting the client’s functional and operational expectations.
The implementation of AV-over-IP connectivity between spaces in different blocks, combined with intelligent collaboration technologies, has created a highly flexible environment that supports hybrid meetings, corporate events, digital signage, and employee engagement. The project demonstrates our ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-ready AV solutions while maintaining quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
