Spanning nine floors, the deployment integrated over 200 executive meeting rooms, huddle and interview spaces, collaboration rooms, an all-hands training facility, studio, wellness areas, cafeteria, digital signage and technology showcase spaces within a single connected platform. Rather than treating each room as an isolated installation, the solution established a unified AV infrastructure built on Microsoft Teams Rooms, Q-SYS, Dante, Logitech conferencing, BrightSign digital signage and enterprise-grade displays. The platform delivers seamless conferencing, wireless presentation, centralized control, room scheduling, networked audio, digital signage and scalable AV management through a standards-based architecture. Every space was designed around simplicity and consistency, enabling users to start meetings, share content and control room functions through intuitive touch interfaces without technical support. The result is a scalable, resilient workplace ecosystem that enhances collaboration, operational efficiency and employee experience while providing a future-ready foundation for evolving enterprise technologies.

Our scope covered the complete design, engineering, integration, programming, installation, testing and commissioning of an enterprise-wide AV ecosystem across multiple workplace environments. Services included system architecture, technology selection, AV-over-IP deployment, programming, user interface development, commissioning and documentation. The solution unified Microsoft Teams Rooms, Q-SYS, Dante audio networking, enterprise conferencing, PTZ cameras, digital signage, wireless presentation, room scheduling and centralized AV management within a standards-based platform. Intelligent audio processing, networked control and scalable video distribution delivered a consistent collaboration experience across every space. The deployment extended beyond meeting rooms to include executive spaces, training facilities, studios, wellness areas, digital signage and large all-hands venues. Standardized user workflows and intuitive touch controls simplified operation while ensuring a familiar user experience.
