A leading law firm envisioned a modern, technology-enabled workplace that would support seamless collaboration across its new corporate office. SI was entrusted with delivering the complete Audio-Visual system integration from the ground up. The project commenced in a completely bare shell building, requiring the AV infrastructure to be developed entirely from scratch. Approximately 80–90% of the AV systems were newly supplied, while the remaining equipment from the firm’s previous office had to be carefully dismantled, packed, transported, and reinstalled at the new premises without any damage. Working in close coordination with the civil contractor, SI executed the installation strictly as per approved AV shop drawings and system schematics. The project included installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and final user demonstrations across multiple meeting and collaboration spaces. Despite logistical and coordination challenges, the project was successfully completed within the stipulated timeline, delivering a reliable, user-friendly, and future-ready AV environment. Scope of work your company was involved in
SI was responsible for the complete end-to-end Audio-Visual system integration for the firm’s new corporate office. The scope included close coordination with the onsite civil contractor to ensure all prerequisites such as civil works, electrical provisions, false ceiling, carpentry, POP, and finishing activities were completed before AV installation commenced. The team carried out installation of all new AV equipment as per approved shop drawings, schematics, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), while also relocating existing AV equipment from the firm’s previous office through careful dismantling, packing, transportation, reinstallation, and testing. SISPL executed complete programming and configuration of the AV systems, followed by comprehensive testing, commissioning, and functional validation of every meeting space. The project also involved continuous coordination with consultants, OEM partners, logistics teams, and the firm’s representatives to ensure smooth execution. Throughout the project, the team maintained strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines while ensuring complete customer satisfaction through proactive communication and professional execution.

The project presented several execution challenges that required constant coordination and effective problem-solving. Since the project began in a completely empty shell building, AV installation activities were highly dependent on the progress of civil, electrical, carpentry, and ceiling works. Any delay in these activities directly impacted installation schedules. Material delivery timelines also posed challenges, requiring continuous follow-up with logistics teams and OEM partners to avoid disruptions. The relocation of existing AV equipment from the firm’s previous office demanded meticulous planning, careful dismantling, secure transportation, and precise reinstallation to prevent damage and maintain system integrity. Communication barriers with certain onsite contractors occasionally affected coordination due to language differences. In addition, multiple agencies were working simultaneously on-site, making workspace availability and activity sequencing challenging. Despite these obstacles, the project team remained focused on maintaining quality standards and ensuring the project progressed efficiently without compromising installation accuracy or the firm’s expectations.
