BUDGET: 10 crore INR and above (USD1.48 million and above)

Project Overview
SI partnered with Standard Chartered Bank, WIT Singapore, and Greg Jeffreys Consulting to deliver a future-ready audiovisual infrastructure across a ten-floor, 813,500 sq. ft. Chennai campus. Completed within twelve months without disrupting business operations, the project prioritized sustainability through eco-friendly logistics like sea freight transport.
The deployment utilized AV-over-IP architecture, Dante audio networking, and centralized cloud monitoring to power Microsoft Teams-enabled meeting rooms, divisible broadcast-ready spaces, and an enterprise-wide digital signage network. By integrating top-tier technologies from global partners like Poly, Crestron, and Q-SYS, SI ensured an intuitive, highly reliable hybrid work experience.
Among the project’s defining innovations was a spectacular multi-floor atrium projection mapping installation powered by eighteen 20,000-lumen laser projectors, creating an immersive visual canvas for corporate events and employee engagement.
The result is a streamlined, intelligent workplace designed to perfectly support modern corporate needs.
What did the client want to achieve?
Standard Chartered Bank aimed to create a standardized, future-ready workplace across its largest global office, accommodating more than 13,000 employees. The objective was to eliminate inconsistent AV experiences across meeting spaces and provide a seamless collaboration environment that supported hybrid work, enterprise communication, employee engagement, digital signage, live events, and centralized management. The client wanted an intuitive, scalable platform where every room delivered the same user experience while supporting flexible workspaces, Microsoft Teams collaboration, and efficient day-to-day operations with minimal technology complexity for end users.
Scope of work your company was involved in
SI managed the end-to-end audiovisual systems integration, handling everything from design implementation and structured AV cabling to system programming, performance validation, and end-user training. They successfully deployed a cohesive AV-over-IP ecosystem across a diverse portfolio of spaces, including 4- to 18-person meeting rooms, executive boardrooms, multipurpose halls, divisible training rooms, and the Signature Atrium.
To deliver a scalable and intuitive user experience, O2K engineered an enterprise-class platform utilizing top-tier technologies, including:
– Conferencing & Audio: HP Poly, Shure microphones, and Q-SYS audio processing.
– Control & Displays: Crestron control systems, LG professional displays, and Active LED walls.
– Projection & Production: Epson laser projection, Vizrt video production, WATCHOUT/VIOSO mapping, and Analog Way content management.
Every environment was rigorously tested and optimized to guarantee strict compliance with the client’s global technology standards and operational requirements.
What key challenges were faced?
“The primary challenge was managing an aggressive delivery timeline while the client was relocating teams from multiple office locations into the new facility. As occupancy schedules evolved, the completion priority for individual floors changed frequently, requiring continuous coordination and careful planning to meet revised move-in dates without affecting overall progress.
Another major challenge was implementing the atrium projection mapping solution. The installation required identifying suitable mounting locations for eighteen 20,000 ANSI lumen projectors across three floors, while accurately calculating throw distances, zoom lenses, and alignment to achieve a seamless visual experience.”
How were those challenges resolved?
“The primary challenge was managing an aggressive delivery timeline while the client was relocating teams from multiple office locations into the new facility. As occupancy schedules evolved, the completion priority for individual floors changed frequently, requiring continuous coordination and careful planning to meet revised move-in dates without affecting overall progress.
The Red Sea/Suez Canal crisis in late 2024 and early 2025 was another major challenge that delayed shipments via sea and we were constrained to move huge shipments by Air, to avoid project delays.

How has your work helped the client?
“The solution provided Standard Chartered Bank with a modern, centralized workplace supported by standardized and future-ready AV infrastructure. It enhanced collaboration, improved meeting room experiences, and enabled seamless hybrid communication across a wide variety of spaces.
By deploying globally standardized technologies, the implementation delivered a consistent user experience throughout the facility while simplifying communication, collaboration, and content management. The integrated AV ecosystem also provides a scalable platform that supports the client’s long-term operational needs and future workplace expansion.”
What are you most proud of about the project?
“Project Marina was one of SI’s most prestigious and technically demanding assignments. Successfully delivering such a large-scale deployment within a constantly changing timeline demonstrated the team’s strong project management capabilities, adaptability, and commitment to meeting the client’s expectations.
The standout achievement was the atrium projection mapping installation. Delivering this complex visual experience while maintaining the overall implementation schedule remains one of SI’s proudest accomplishments and showcases the team’s expertise in executing large-scale enterprise AV solutions.”
