The client aimed to transform the auditorium into a modern, reliable, and professionally engineered environment supporting the Academy’s growing judicial education, training programmes, seminars, conferences, and official addresses.

We executed the complete end-to-end AV implementation, covering system design, engineering, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and final optimization.

Audio Infrastructure: Deployed TW AUDiO cardioid line-array ELLA6 modules, B17i subwoofers, M8i fill speakers, and stage monitors, backed by Powersoft Dante amplification, a Yamaha digital mixing console, and Biamp DSP. Speaker positioning and acoustic tuning were optimized for uniform coverage and speech clarity.

Microphones & Connectivity: Integrated Sennheiser wireless handheld, lavalier, and podium mics, along with wired microphones, DI systems, stage junction boxes, floor boxes, and professional cabling.

Visual Systems: Installed stage infrastructure for a 16’ × 9’ P2.5 Active Indoor LED display with custom mounting, video processing, and calibration, complemented by a 65” chairman display.

Control & Automation: Integrated a PeopleLink digital podium, Sony PTZ cameras, Extron centralized control, and a 10.9” touch interface for intuitive operation.

Recording & Streaming: Deployed Extron SMP 351 media infrastructure for recording and streaming.

The complete system was fine-tuned as a unified, high-performance AV environment.

What key challenges were faced?

How were those challenges resolved?

The project was executed through parallel engineering, proactive coordination, and system-level optimization. Structurally, a custom load-bearing steel framework was engineered for the stage wall to securely distribute the large LED screen’s weight while blending with interior aesthetics.

Finally, networked infrastructure and centralized control unified audio, video, PTZ cameras, presentation, and streaming into a single, intuitive interface. Meticulous preparation, inter-disciplinary teamwork, and rigorous fine-tuning allowed the project to be delivered on schedule without compromising performance.

How has your work helped the client?

The project transformed the auditorium into a fully integrated, professional AV environment tailored for judicial education and government programmes. The updated sound reinforcement system delivers clear, consistent speech reproduction across all seating areas, allowing judges, faculty, and trainees to participate in lectures and seminars with maximum listening comfort.

Visual presentation is significantly upgraded with the 16’ × 9’ P2.5 LED display, providing a sharp, high-resolution platform that keeps legal documents, presentations, and video content clearly visible throughout the hall. Meanwhile, integrated camera, recording, and streaming infrastructure allows key events to be archived and broadcast, extending the Academy’s reach beyond the physical venue.

A major operational benefit is centralized control. The 10.9” touch interface and digital podium simplify routine events, minimizing reliance on specialist technical staff. Most importantly, the project equips the Academy with a reliable, scalable platform capable of supporting future educational and official requirements.

We are most proud of delivering a complex, enterprise-grade government AV integration from concept through commissioning within a demanding schedule and site environment.

The project successfully unified professional sound reinforcement, Dante networking, DSP, wireless microphones, fine-pitch LED visualization, PTZ cameras, streaming infrastructure, a digital podium, and centralized control into a single operational platform.

What key challenges were faced?

The project presented four main technical and logistical challenges. First, severe room reverberation caused by hard reflective surfaces like glass and drywall created unwanted acoustic echo and potential feedback during multi-party hybrid meetings. Second, managing complex multi-signal cable routing across video conferencing, projection systems, and LED displays without cluttering executive conference tables required careful design. Third, executing the deployment within an active, high-security government building required strict operational compliance with zero disruption to daily workflows. Finally, meeting a tight project timeline to align with official government inauguration schedules demanded flawless coordination.

How were those challenges resolved?

To address the acoustic reverberation, we installed custom wall-mounted acoustic panelling paired with advanced DSP processors utilising Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) and optimised speaker placement to eliminate echo and feedback. For cable and signal management, we integrated centralized HDMI matrix switchers and table cable cubbies with custom HDMI/USB-C pass-throughs, keeping executive tables completely clutter-free while offering versatile connectivity. To overcome operational constraints and the tight deadline, our team executed cabling, structural installation, and acoustic paneling during off-peak hours and weekends, coordinating closely with facility management to meet the inauguration schedule with zero disruption. Finally, a dedicated high-bandwidth network backbone with enterprise PoE switches was built to guarantee uninterrupted video conferencing performance.

Project Overview

The Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Museum in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is a fifteen-gallery walkthrough that maps the little-documented history and living culture of India’s tribal heartland. Its curators spent years researching and building physical dioramas and layered sets, life-size mannequins, sculpted 3D scenes and dramatic lighting. Nolabel Immersive was invited to overlay an immersive layer, so that static tableaux became living, responsive stories.

We designed and integrated audiovisual experiences across various galleries. Our flagship is the Danteshwari Temple exhibit, a scaled replica of one of Chhattisgarh’s most revered pilgrimage shrines. Our brief was to let visitors feel the temple without travelling to it: its ambience, its acoustics, its sanctity.

We wrapped the shrine in a low-frequency spatial soundscape and for the first time in our practice embedded an intelligent, on-site audio model at the exhibit edge. A real brass temple bell hangs at the entrance. When a visitor rings it, the edge model recognises that specific bell’s acoustic signature and “awakens” the temple: projection-mapped tribal motifs bloom on its surfaces while inside the shrine comes alive recreating the Hindu ritual where the bell cleanses the space before prayer.

What did the client want to achieve?

The curatorial team had invested years of research into telling Chhattisgarh’s tribal story through richly built physical sets. Their concern was that, however beautiful, static dioramas risk being looked at rather than experienced. They wanted a layer of technology that would deepen engagement without overpowering the craftsmanship already in place, technology that felt invisible and native to each scene, not “screens bolted on.”

For the Danteshwari installation specifically, they wanted visitors to encounter a living temple: to stand before the replica and receive the full sensory reality of the real pilgrimage site, its enveloping sound, its atmosphere, its devotional charge, without ever leaving the museum. Crucially, the experience had to be participatory and rooted in authentic ritual, so that a visitor became a devotee for a moment rather than a spectator. The measure of success was emotional: visitors should feel awe and reverence, and the digital intervention should honour, never trivialise, a site of deep faith.

Scope of work your company was involved in

Nolabel Immersive was engaged as the digital-experience and AV integration partner, working over the curators’ completed physical sets. Our scope covered concept design, content creation, audio design, hardware specification, systems integration, on-site installation, calibration and commissioning and fully automated operations and maintenance of various galleries designed to run unattended in a public museum environment.

For the Danteshwari Temple exhibit this included:

• Experience design: choreographing the “dormant – awakened” temple sequence triggered by the visitor ringing the bell.
• Spatial audio: Low-frequency ambient soundscape that fills the shrine with the resonance of a live temple.
• Edge AI: Training and deploying a compact, on-site audio-recognition model using high fidelity microphones connected through a PC that listens for the signature of the physical brass bell and fires the awakening sequence, running entirely offline within the exhibits.
• Projection and visual mapping: mapping animated tribal motifs onto the temple replica and inside it so its environment bloom.
• Show control & integration: synchronising audio, visuals and the bell trigger into a single reliable, self-contained show that resets for every visitor.

What key challenges were faced?

Detecting the bell reliably was the central challenge. In a busy public gallery filled with chatter, footfall and audio bleeding from neighbouring exhibits, the system had to recognise one specific brass bell and ignore everything else, instantly, every time or the magic would break.

It also had to work entirely offline. As remote museum installation there was no dependable cloud connectivity, so any intelligence had to live on-site, on the exhibit itself.

There was a cultural challenge too. Danteshwari is a site of profound faith. Any misstep, a gimmicky effect, a mistimed trigger, risked trivialising something sacred. The intervention had to feel reverent and authentic, not like a technology demo.

Physically, we were adding a digital layer onto sets that were already fully fabricated. We could not move walls or re-sculpt the shrine; our audio, projection and sensing had to conform to existing geometry, sightlines and lighting.

Finally, spatial audio in an open-plan gallery threatened to bleed into adjacent exhibits, and the whole show had to run unattended in continuous public use, surviving constant, sometimes rough, repeated bell-ringing and resetting cleanly for the next visitor.

How were those challenges resolved?

To solve reliable detection we trained a compact audio-recognition model exclusively on the acoustic signature of the specific brass bell we procured, its fundamental tone, bass and decay. The model learned that bell, firing accurately even against gallery noise. It ran on a small on-site edge device inside the exhibit, so the experience worked fully offline with no cloud dependency and near-zero latency between the ring and the temple’s response.

We honoured the site’s sanctity by anchoring the experience in authentic ritual: the bell is the real devotional act that, in Hindu practice, cleanses a space before prayer so the technology simply rewarded a genuine gesture rather than inventing a gimmick.

Working over finished sets, we specified and mapped every element to the existing geometry, calibrating projection and audio on site within the built shrine. Directional spatial-audio placement and careful level tuning contained the soundscape to the exhibit and minimised bleed. And we engineered the show as a robust, self-resetting loop that runs unattended, tolerating repeated public interaction and returning cleanly to its dormant state for the next visitor.

How has your work helped the client?

The digital layer transformed the museum from something visitors observe into something they participate in. The Danteshwari exhibit became a signature, talked-about moment of the visit the point where a static replica becomes a living temple in response to the visitor’s own action.

For the client, a government cultural institution whose mandate is to preserve and popularise Chhattisgarh’s tribal and devotional heritage, this delivered the core goal: deeper, more emotional engagement that makes the underlying research memorable. Visitors don’t just read about the Danteshwari shrine; they perform its ritual and feel its atmosphere, carrying that experience away with them. This raises the exhibit’s dwell time and shareability and strengthens the museum’s positioning as a modern, world-class cultural destination.

Because the installation is fully self-contained, offline and self-resetting, it also gave the client a low-maintenance asset that runs reliably in daily public operation without technical staff on hand. The result is an experience that honours a sacred site, amplifies the curators’ original storytelling, and gives the institution a distinctive, high-impact centrepiece.

What are you most proud of about the project?

This was the first time we embedded genuine on-site intelligence into a physical installation and we’re proudest that we did it in service of emotion, not spectacle. A visitor performs the oldest, simplest devotional act, ringing a temple bell, and an edge-AI model listening only for that bell brings a sacred space to life. The technology disappears; only the wonder remains.

We’re proud that machine learning was used here to deepen faith and reverence rather than to show off, that we married a first-of-its-kind acoustic trigger with authentic ritual so respectfully that visitors experience it as magic, not as tech. Turning a static replica of one of Chhattisgarh’s holiest shrines into a living, breathing temple that awakens at a devotee’s touch, reliably, offline, in a public government museum, is the kind of invisible, meaningful engineering we set out to make. It set a new benchmark for our own practice, and for what interactive heritage exhibits in India can be.

The system integrated telemetry feeds, surveillance cameras, operator workstations, and IP-based sources, providing flexible multi-window visualization through a centralized touchscreen control platform. The scope also covered control system programming, preset-based operation, system testing, commissioning, operator training, and documentation. The delivered solution provides a resilient, scalable, and high-availability visualization platform that supports continuous space mission operations while meeting the stringent reliability requirements of a mission-critical command environment.

The project presented significant structural and engineering challenges due to the installation of a 15 m × 6 m LED video wall within an existing Space Command Centre. The available support structure consisted only of vertical steel poles, while the existing horizontal members and mounting hole locations did not align with the 24-column LED wall configuration. Maintaining the required installation height, achieving precise alignment, and accommodating the existing structural limitations without affecting the facility posed a major installation challenge.

In addition, the project demanded the integration of a fully redundant AV architecture incorporating dual signal paths and N+1 power redundancy within limited rack and equipment space. The system also had to seamlessly integrate multiple mission-critical sources, including telemetry, surveillance feeds, workstation outputs, and IP-based content, while meeting stringent reliability, availability, and performance requirements expected of a mission-critical space command environment.

How were those challenges resolved?

A detailed structural assessment and precise site survey were carried out to develop a customized mounting solution that utilized the existing vertical steel poles. Custom support members were engineered and additional mounting points were created to overcome the mismatch between the existing horizontal structure and the LED wall mounting pattern. Careful alignment and installation techniques ensured the 15 m × 6 m video wall met the required height, structural stability, and seamless visual performance without major modifications to the existing facility.

To achieve uninterrupted operation, a fully redundant AV architecture was implemented with dual matrix switchers, dual video wall processors, redundant LED controller paths, and an N+1 rectifier-based power system, eliminating single points of failure. Comprehensive testing and validation of both primary and redundant signal paths ensured reliable failover and continuous system availability. Project Overview

Jyoti Bishnu Prekshagriha (Auditorium) is the largest state of art cultural and convention auditorium venue in Northeast India, located in Guwahati, Assam. Spread across nearly 15 acres, the venue features a 5,000-seat auditorium and a fully AV-enabled 160-seat multipurpose divisible hall designed to host cultural performances, government functions, conferences, exhibitions, live productions, and public events. The auditorium was inaugurated in August 2025 by Hon’ble Home Minister of India Amit Shah in the presence of Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Vallect was appointed as the turnkey technology system integrator, responsible for designing and implementing the complete AV ecosystem along with ELV systems, IT infrastructure, broadcast solutions, and stage lighting. The project involved deploying professional audio systems, LED video walls, broadcast infrastructure, centralized AV-over-IP control, intelligent lighting, and integrated networking solutions to create a future-ready venue capable of supporting diverse event formats while delivering exceptional audience experiences.

Project Overview

South Goa doesn’t have a tradition of hosting national conventions — it has resorts, beaches, and construction sites. On one of those sites, over thirteen months, ONGC built itself out of that gap: three buildings, rising together, meant to open on the same date whether or not the paint was dry.

By late December 2025, it very nearly wasn’t ready. A 5,000-seat auditorium, tall enough to swallow a football pitch’s worth of trussing, still had bare walls a month before India Energy Week 2026 was due to open. Then, in eight days flat, a 30 x 8.6-metre Christie LED wall went from crate to commissioned. A CEO Conference Room built for ministers found its custom table with four days to spare. A Management Development Facility — classrooms, syndicate rooms, a training auditorium of its own — came alive on the far end of the same campus, engineered so ONGC’s own trainers could run it without a technician in sight.

SI carried the whole of it: design, supply, installation, integration and commissioning across the ₹50.11 crore scope, on a tender awarded by the PMC Engineers India Limited on behalf of ONGC in March 2025. What stood on that site by January 2026 wasn’t a stage set built for one event and struck afterward — it was a campus ONGC will use for every one that follows.

What did the client want to achieve?

ONGC wanted a facility Goa could keep. India Energy Week 2024 had proven the state could host a national event; it hadn’t proven ONGC could stop renting one back every time it needed to — screens, speakers and staging had arrived and left with the delegates each time. The Convention Centre had to end that dependency on its own: flexible enough to run as one large event or absorb two at once, and secure enough that ministers and foreign delegations could meet there without a rented solution sitting in the room.

Alongside it, ONGC wanted something it had never owned outright — a place to train its own people. The brief for the Management Development Facility came down to one line: if a lecturer walks in, the room should already know what to do. No technician on standby, no dependence on whoever built the system, just competence in the room deciding how the session goes.

Both ambitions were tied to the same fixed point on the calendar — India Energy Week 2026 — with no room to slip either one.

Scope of work your company was involved in

The Convention Centre carries the 30 x 8.64m Christie 4mm LED wall with a TvOne Processor , 8 TW Audio line arrays, 8 30x PTZ cameras and a 750-delegate Televic interpretation network with 8 interpreter desks — routed through Q-SYS Core X10 and Q-SYS encoders/decoders. The same backbone drives 450-plus QSC ceiling speakers for BGM, PA and fire evacuation across the auditorium and every corridor & green room, plus 53 surface-mount speakers covering the Exhibition Hall.

The CEO Conference Room has 53 retractable Televic mics on Arthur Holm lifts with 53 nameplates, a 5-desk, 50-device interpretation system, a 6 x 3.3m 1.5mm Samsung COB LED wall, 6 QSC PTZ cameras, a Poly G62 VC codec, and a 17″ retractable chairman monitor. The Bilateral Room runs a 3 x 1.5m 1.5mm Samsung LED wall with Sennheiser mics and a 25-delegate Televic interpretation system.

Across the MDF: 8 classrooms on 135-inch COB LED walls with dual PTZ cameras apiece, a Conference Room on its own 3 x 1.5m 1.5mm LED wall, 8 syndicate rooms with interactive displays and cameras, a Meeting Room, and a 120-seat auditorium on twin 146-inch COB LED walls with Sennheiser voice-lift mics — all on Q-SYS, with 200-plus ceiling speakers carrying BGM, paging and fire into classrooms, VIP lounges, dining hall and cafeteria.

What key challenges were faced?

The project had thirteen months from civil foundation to handover, with a fixed, immovable date: India Energy Week 2026. AV cannot go into a room until the room is finished, and across all three buildings, that access only came in the last week of December 2025 — while painting and interior work were still running around the crews.

The two rooms carrying the most weight were also the last ready. The CEO Conference Room and Bilateral Talks Room had their interiors handed over on 10 January 2026, and the custom fifty-three-seat table — built to hide its own microphones — arrived on 20 January. That left seven days before ministers would be sitting at it.

The site worked against the equipment as much as the calendar. South Goa has little AV supply infrastructure nearby, and the campus stayed an active construction zone for most of the build — dust and humidity, neither one forgiving toward a 30-metre LED wall or a line array waiting to go up.

And once the rooms were finally ready, the people running India Energy Week weren’t ready for them: an event operations team used to its own touring gear, handed a permanently integrated AV over IP network it had never operated before.

How were those challenges resolved?

Every day the site withheld was a day we had to win back before work even began, so as much of the project as possible moved offsite. Long-lead equipment — the Christie wall, the TW Audio arrays — was bought early against approved BOQs and held in a dedicated, climate-controlled warehouse in Goa, away from the construction dust, until each building was ready to receive it.

The Q-SYS environment for every room, including the CEO Conference Room and Bilateral Talks Room, was designed and programmed offsite against finalised signal-flow diagrams before a single rack went in. That’s what made four days enough: when the executive table arrived on 20 January, what remained was deployment and testing, not development from scratch. Parallel teams worked all three buildings at once; the Christie wall itself went from crate to fully commissioned in eight days.

For the operations gap, we ran handover and familiarisation sessions with the event team before India Energy Week began, then split responsibility during the event — the auditorium run jointly with them, while our own engineers personally operated the CEO Conference Room and Bilateral Talks Room through the ministerial sessions, since there was no time to train anyone else on systems commissioned days earlier.

How has your work helped the client?

ONGC now owns a venue instead of borrowing one. Where the 2024 edition of India Energy Week depended on tents, rented LED and a teardown crew at the end, the 2026 edition ran out of a building ONGC will still be using long after the last delegate flies home — a permanent home for the country’s biggest energy conversations, not a stage rebuilt from zero every time.

That permanence buys operational independence. ONGC can now host a single 5,000-person event or split the auditorium for two running in parallel, seat a minister at a table that hides its own microphones, and interpret across languages for hundreds of delegates without hiring in a rental fleet each time. None of it depends on SI being on site once the ribbon is cut — the systems were built to run on their own.

The bigger shift is in the Management Development Facility. ONGC had never had a dedicated campus for its own executive training before; now it does, built to the client’s own standard — a lecturer walks in, the room already knows what to do. Training that used to mean booking a hotel now happens on ONGC’s own ground, on ONGC’s own schedule.

The next national event Goa hosts doesn’t need a new tender. It needs a booking.

What are you most proud of about the project?

What we’re proudest of is harder to point at than a pixel count or a seat number. It’s standing at the back of a room while a minister spoke into a microphone that had been sitting in a warehouse three weeks earlier, and watching it disappear into the moment the way it was built to — nobody in that room thinking about the AV, because there was nothing left to think about.

This wasn’t a boardroom for a bank or a ballroom for a wedding. It was built for India’s energy conversations with the world, on Indian ground, running on systems Indian engineers commissioned days before the country was watching. There’s a particular kind of pride in that — not in the wattage or the pixel pitch, but in knowing a small piece of how India presents itself to the world passed through our hands, and held.

We won’t be in the 5,000 seater auditorium or the CEO Conference Room the next time a minister addresses the gathering. The system will be — quietly doing its job, the way it did the first time, long after anyone remembers who built it. That’s the part we carry with us, and we’d do it all again.

Project Overview

Mazagaon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, a Government of India defence shipbuilding enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, engaged SI to design and deliver a fully integrated audio-visual and video conferencing solution for its boardroom at the Nhava Yard facility, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. The project involved constructing an acoustically treated boardroom with wall and ceiling treatments, finishes, laminated wooden flooring, soundproof doors, and integrated AV infrastructure including AV and IT equipment conferencing systems, Crestron automation, tunable lighting, and dedicated high laptops. Executed over 3 months within a high-security defence establishment, the project required meticulous planning, specialised government approvals, and strict compliance with security protocols. The execution team operated under a no-mobile-phone and no-laptop policy, while all materials underwent controlled induction procedures. To meet the compressed schedule, the team commuted daily between EYTE’s Ghatkopar office and the Ulwe site. Despite significant logistical and security challenges, EYTE successfully delivered a secure, high-performance board meeting room that met the client’s operational, technical, and confidentiality requirements.

What did the client want to achieve?

MDL wanted a modern, fully equipped boardroom at its Nhava Yard facility capable of supporting secure video conferencing and high-level meetings, without compromising the confidentiality mandated by its defence-sector operations. The objective was a space combining professional acoustic performance, comfortable ambience, and reliable audio-visual technology enabling clear, uninterrupted virtual and in-person communication for senior stakeholders.

Because the facility handles highly sensitive government and defence information, the client also required that the execution process itself uphold strict security protocols, with no compromise on confidentiality during construction and installation. Given operational urgency, MDL also needed the project completed within a compressed timeframe, making efficient planning and consistent on-ground execution, including work across weekends, essential to delivering the outcome without disrupting the facility’s ongoing operations.

SI scope covered complete design and execution of the boardroom’s interiors, acoustics, lighting, and AV/IT systems. Interior work included four-side wall panelling and ceiling treatment using stud framing, fibre cement board, Rockwool acoustic insulation etc.

On the audio-visual side, SI supplied and integrated Samsung 85″ and 55″ 4K displays, PeopleLink PTZ cameras and audio conferencing systems, an Inogeni camera switcher, Atlona and Milestone HDMI/USB-C switching and extension systems, and a wireless presentation system. The control and automation layer was built around a Crestron processor, touch controller, occupancy sensor, keypad, and lighting dimmer, integrated with tunable ambient LED lighting for a professional meeting environment. The team also supplied high-end laptops, network switches, structured cabling, connectors, and an equipment rack. Furniture included ergonomic revolving chairs and a custom modular conference table seating 20 persons. SI managed the entire execution lifecycle, design, procurement, on-site installation, testing, and commissioning, while operating within the client’s stringent security protocols throughout the defence-establishment premises.

What key challenges were faced?

The project’s location within a high-security defence shipbuilding facility presented the most significant challenges. Confidential-area protocols meant the entire execution team had to work without mobile phones or laptops inside the premises, complicating coordination, documentation, and real-time technical reference throughout installation. Every piece of material and equipment required security clearance before being brought on-site, making logistics and material induction time-consuming and unpredictable.

The project also had to be completed within a compressed 6–8 month timeline that included obtaining special government permissions and mandatory weekend working to stay on schedule. Additionally, the Nhava Yard site in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, was geographically distant from EYTE’s Ghatkopar head office in Mumbai, requiring the team to commute daily to and from the site, adding travel time and logistical strain to an already demanding schedule. Managing vehicle entry and material movement within the secured premises added a further layer of coordination, given the facility’s heightened security posture.

How were those challenges resolved?

SI’s team adapted its working methods to comply fully with the no-device policy, relying on pre-planned documentation, physical drawings, and clear on-site briefings to keep installation on track without phones or laptops. For material induction, the team proactively coordinated with site security well in advance of each delivery, planning procurement and logistics schedules around clearance timelines to avoid delays.

To meet the compressed deadline, the team committed to working through weekends, treating them as regular deadline days, and sustained high morale and discipline throughout. The daily Ghatkopar-to-Ulwe commute was managed through structured team scheduling and travel planning to keep the on-site workforce consistent and productive despite the distance. Close coordination with MDL’s site team helped streamline vehicle and material entry procedures over the course of the project. Ultimately, it was the team’s dedication and problem-solving mindset — treating each security and logistical hurdle as a solvable part of the process – that allowed SI to complete the installation to specification within the client’s operational and security constraints.

How has your work helped the client?

The completed boardroom gives MDL a secure, professional-grade meeting and video conferencing environment at its Nhava Yard facility, purpose-built for the confidentiality and operational standards required of a defence-sector establishment. With acoustically treated walls, ceiling, and flooring, the room delivers clear audio without external interference or sound leakage, critical for discussions involving sensitive information.

The integrated Crestron-based control system, high-resolution displays, and PeopleLink conferencing equipment give MDL’s leadership a reliable, easy-to-use platform for both internal meetings and video conferencing with external stakeholders, improving communication efficiency across the organisation. By successfully executing the project within MDL’s strict security protocols, without ever compromising confidentiality, EYTE reinforced the client’s confidence in engaging specialised private-sector partners for sensitive, high-security AV integration work. The finished facility is now fully operational and supports MDL’s ongoing operational and administrative needs at the Ulwe site.

SI is most proud of how its team upheld both technical excellence and absolute security discipline simultaneously delivering a fully integrated, high-specification boardroom while working entirely without phones or laptops inside a highly confidential defence facility for months at a stretch. Project Overview

The Quality Council of India (QCI), India’s national body for accreditation and quality promotion, consolidated its multiple offices into a new headquarters at the World Trade Centre, New Delhi, bringing together nearly 2,000 employees across multiple floors in two interconnected towers.

SI was entrusted with delivering a comprehensive end-to-end audiovisual solution for this landmark project. The scope covered more than 30 meeting rooms, Chairman’s cabins, a flagship boardroom for high-level government deliberations, a multipurpose hall integrated with the cafeteria through movable partitions, and a professional broadcast recording studio. One of the project’s key highlights was the Chairman’s broadcast studio, designed for recording podcasts, interviews, leadership addresses, and official communications.

The studio has hosted several distinguished guests, including Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, during the inauguration of the facility, and Jaxay Shah, Chairman of the QCI, for official recordings. The QCI headquarters now stands as one of the flagship projects, demonstrating its expertise in delivering sophisticated audiovisual environments for government institutions and large enterprises.

What did the client want to achieve?

As India’s apex national quality body, QCI required a state-of-the-art audiovisual environment equal to its institutional stature, one that could host ministers, regulators, industry leaders and international delegations with total confidence. The client’s ambition was clear: to modernise its Delhi campus into a fully connected, technology-enabled institution capable of supporting governance at the highest level.

Central to this vision was a boardroom engineered for secure, dependable high-level deliberation, alongside more than thirty meeting rooms and cabins standardised with reliable video-conferencing and display infrastructure. QCI also sought a flexible multipurpose hall and cafeteria capable of functioning independently or as a single unified space, supported by an LED wall, multi-camera coverage and voice-lift amplification for large assemblies.

Perhaps most critically, the client needed a professional recording studio, built swiftly and without compromise, to capture official proceedings involving government dignitaries. Every requirement carried an unspoken mandate: zero tolerance for failure, given the institutional weight of the audiences the systems would serve.

Scope of work your company was involved in

SI was entrusted with the complete design, procurement, installation, integration, testing and commissioning of QCI’s audiovisual ecosystem across two buildings in New Delhi. The scope covered more than thirty meeting rooms and cabins, each equipped with dedicated video-conferencing systems, professional displays and standardised control interfaces to ensure a consistent user experience across the campus.

The boardroom was developed as a critical centrepiece, featuring secure conferencing, seamless source switching and dependable AV performance suited to high-level government use. In the multipurpose hall and cafeteria, SI integrated a large-format LED wall, multi-camera switching infrastructure and a voice-lift audio system, enabling the area to operate either as two independent zones or one unified assembly hall through movable partitions.

The most demanding deliverable was a fully functional broadcast recording studio, complete with professional recording equipment, cameras, lighting, audio systems and dedicated control infrastructure. It was conceived, built and commissioned within five days to meet a fixed government deadline.

The entire engagement was executed in close coordination with the client and allied agencies, across a live campus.

What key challenges were faced?

The QCI project was one of SI’s most demanding assignments, combining a government installation, an uncompromising deadline and a client brief that evolved almost daily.

The toughest task was delivering a fully operational recording studio in just five days. It required broadcast-grade recording equipment, cameras, lighting, audio systems and a dedicated control room, and had to be camera-ready for government officials on pre-launch day.

The overall scope covered two buildings, more than 30 meeting rooms and cabins, each equipped with video-conferencing systems and displays. The boardroom added further pressure, requiring a secure, dependable AV setup for high-level government deliberations.

The multipurpose hall and cafeteria brought added complexity. Linked by movable partitions, the space had to work seamlessly as one large hall or two separate zones, supported by an LED wall, multi-camera switching and a voice-lift system.

Execution took place inside a live working office, making material movement and installation especially challenging.

Despite the compressed schedule and shifting requirements, the full AV ecosystem was designed, installed, tested and handed over on schedule.

How were those challenges resolved?

Every challenge was addressed through disciplined planning, teamwork and close coordination with the client and allied agencies. Daily reviews helped the team anticipate evolving requirements and absorb changes without affecting the timeline.

From day one, the recording studio was treated as the highest priority. Dedicated crews worked in parallel to make it fully operational ahead of the scheduled government recording session. Across both buildings, multiple teams progressed the meeting rooms, boardroom and multipurpose hall simultaneously.
Nothing was handed over without thorough testing. Every AV system underwent detailed checks across audio, video, lighting, cameras and control interfaces before sign-off, with special attention given to the boardroom and multipurpose hall.

Working within a live office environment created logistical constraints, but the team adjusted material movement and manpower deployment to keep execution on track. Installation followed OEM guidelines and AV industry best practices, ensuring the completed systems met performance and durability standards.
The result was the on-time handover of a complex, multi-building AV ecosystem, delivered without compromising quality and recognised with strong client appreciation.

SI’s work has fundamentally elevated QCI’s ability to function as a modern, technology-enabled national institution. With reliable AV infrastructure now standardised across more than thirty meeting rooms and cabins, QCI’s teams can convene, collaborate and connect with stakeholders without the friction of inconsistent or unreliable systems.

The boardroom now provides a secure, dependable environment for the organisation’s most sensitive and high-profile deliberations, ensuring that critical government business is never compromised by technology failure. The multipurpose hall and cafeteria, with their combined LED wall, camera switching and voice-lift systems, give QCI the flexibility to host anything from intimate sessions to large-scale assemblies within the same footprint.

Most significantly, the newly commissioned recording studio has given QCI an in-house capability to produce broadcast-quality recordings of government proceedings, a capability the institution did not previously possess. This studio proved its value from day one, hosting the recording of government officials immediately upon completion.

Collectively, these systems have positioned QCI to project the professionalism and authority befitting India’s apex quality body.

What are you most proud of about the project?

What the team is proudest of is completing the recording studio in five days and delivering it, fully functional, on the very day it was needed for the recording of government officials. Watching the studio go live within such a narrow window remains a defining moment for everyone involved.

The boardroom stands out as another high point. The integration brought together a large LED wall, wireless microphones, seamless switching, and auto-source inputs from multiple cable cubbies, alongside the auto-focusing feature that frames the person speaking. The result was an AV experience that felt effortless and thoroughly professional.

Beyond the individual milestones, there is real pride in what the project represented as a whole: a two-building deployment spanning more than 30 meeting rooms, a boardroom, a multipurpose hall, a cafeteria and a broadcast studio, executed against constant change and in a working office without any dip in quality. The client, who is the quality control authority of India, appreciated it at handover; their appreciation was the clearest validation of the effort, and it made every long day on site worthwhile.
